Banquet Hall Rental

The Banquet Hall at the Tampa Elks Club at 3616 Gandy Blvd in South Tampa (33611) accommodates up to 150 and is easily accessible from anywhere in the Tampa Bay area. We offer a full kitchen for outside catering (for a fee), and a full bar with low-priced cocktails. Our Hall is usually considerably less expensive than other halls within the area. We pride ourselves in the many references/referrals from satisfied customers and our 5 star rating on many of the popular wedding websites. Our rates are customized to the number of guests and type of event, but we are flexible while working with most budgets. Not only do we usually beat the price of other event halls, but you will definitely get more for your money and excellent customer service from the Tampa Elks Club. In addition, part of the proceeds from the Banquet/Event Hall will go towards our many charitable programs for the youth and veterans within our community.

The hall has a large multi-colored lighted disco ball and laser lights for dance parties, space can be reserved for a band or DJ, with plenty of room for a dance floor. There is a private bar in the hall, and our bartender will take good care of your guests.

We are one of the few halls allowing outside catering.  You may also use our kitchen for an additional usage/setup fee.

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

For elegant events, we can also supply white linen tablecloths for $15 (half length) and $20 (floor length) per table and white linen napkins for $1 per seat, chair covers for $5 per seat, and Organza or Satin Chair Sashes at $5 per seat and Table Runners ($6-$7 per table) can be supplied in your theme colors. We can coordinate decorations with the host of the event. Wall curtains with a waterfall of twinkling lights soften the room and add a wonderful ambience for $250.

We are very flexible in allowing the host of the event to decorate the hall as desired. Several hours for pre-event decorating is allowed at no additional charge.

LIABILITY INSURANCE
You must provide liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.  We can provide this coverage for a fee, or you can go through your own insurance company.


Banquet Hall Usage Fee $100 - $300 per hour,

Kitchen usage fee (kitchen usage is optional) $100
Bartender for Private Bar $15 / hour
Deposit (refundable *) 25% due at contract signing

* Deposit will be applied toward total charges. Deposit is non-refundable if there are any damages or event is canceled within 30 days of the event. If canceled more than 30 days prior to the event the deposit will be returned, less a service fee of $200.
The total amount is due 30 days prior to the event and must be paid by cash, credit card or money order.

You will be responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests.
Events can be scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, based on availability.
