Banquet Hall Rental

The Banquet Hall at the Tamtpa Elks Lodge at 3616 Gandy Blvd in South Tampa (33611) is available for rental for your special events.  Located in South Tampa at 3616 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa FL 33611, it is easily accessible from anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area, and only 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa and a mile from a crosstown expressway exit.  The building is a non-smoking facility, but smoker accommodations are nearby in a covered, open air designated area.

Our rates are customized to the type and size of the event, while still allowing for some flexibility.  We do allow outside catering and we also have a full kitchen available for additional fees.  Our license does not allow any alcohol to be brought into our building,  but we can provide bar service for better rates than you might expect.

We are very flexible in allowing the Host to decorate the hall as desired. We allow two hours for that preparation at no charge. Additional can be arranged for a fee if that time is available.

All renters must provide liability insurance in the amount of $500,000. We can provide this coverage for a fee, or you may go through your own insurance company.

* Deposit will be refunded within 30 days, if there is no loss or damage.

** Liability Insurance is not required if you are a member of Tampa Lodge 708 and your event is open to the Lodge, OR if you are able to provide insurance indemnifying Tampa Lodge 708. Check with your organization to see if it might be able to provide this coverage.

*** Partial Kitchen Usage - This includes use of kitchen to stage your food, use of sink, amd storage of food items in fridge. This DOES NOT include cooking/heating of any type. Kitchen must be cleaned upon finishing your event. Trash must be taken to the dumpster, counter tops wiped, floor swept, and ALL food items removed.

**** Full Kitchen Usage - This includes the above plus cooking/heating your food, use of kitchen tools, pots and pans. This DOES NOT include use of any of the Lodge’s food items, or use of the dish sanitizer, dinnerware of any kind, or serving items (platters, bowls). Trash must be taken to the dumpster, counter tops wiped, floor swept, ALL kitchen tools, pots and pans washed, and ALL food items removed.

The total amount is due 30 days prior to the event and must be paid by cash, credit card or money order.

You will be responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests..

On behalf of myself and Bridgette, we just wanted to thank you and the staff at the Elks Lodge for helping make Bridgette's Birthday Party a memorable experience.
